Applicant must be a resident of the Northern Cape and must be unemployed.
Applicant must be willing to sign a Study Loan Contract of Agreement with the NCPETF.
The stipulations contained in the Study Loan Contract of Agreement regarding funding provided to the applicant as well as therepayment of the loan upon completion of studies are binding.
